Enter your username [email] and password [SOCS Member ID#] and click Log in.
Once you've logged in, you will be prompted to update your password.
After you have updated your password, you will be sent to the Edit Doctor Profile page to update your information.
TIP! Be sure to click Save at the bottom of the page when you are finished.
